Short Bio

Bonnie and I started Contract Interiors in 1994, and every day since then has been a true blessing. What makes this job so special is the amazing people I work with. From our dedicated team to the wonderful customers who trust us, it’s the relationships we’ve built along the way that truly set us apart. Over the years, we’ve built more than just a flooring business; we’ve created a close-knit community where collaboration, trust, and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.

Fun Fact

Bonnie Berg

Owner

Short Bio

In 1994, my husband Richard and I took a leap of faith when we founded Contract Interiors Inc. What started as a flooring business quickly evolved into something much more meaningful—a family-run company built on doing the right thing that treats everyone we work with like part of our extended family. As Co-Owner, I’ve had the privilege of watching our business grow, all while staying true to the core values we established from the very beginning.

Fun Fact

I absolutely love being a Grandma—it’s hands down my favorite role outside the business! There’s something so special about being a part of their lives.

Flooring has been woven into the fabric of my life since my parents, Richard and Bonnie, started Contract Interiors in 1994. As a teenager, I loved shadowing my father, which eventually turned into part-time work during college. I officially joined the team full-time in 2006, and over the years, I’ve had the chance to wear just about every hat there is! What truly makes Contract Interiors special is the camaraderie, shared values, and sense of family that make this place feel like home.

Short Bio

I’m proud to say I’ve worked for Contract Interiors and the Berg family for nearly two decades. Over the years, I’ve learned countless business lessons from Richard and Adam, but if I had to sum it up in one rule, it would be: “Do the right thing.” The financial impact of a situation is important, but it always takes a backseat to caring for our clients, homeowners, installation professionals, and employees. It’s this commitment to integrity that has made my journey here so rewarding.

Fun Fact

I’m hopelessly optimistic and curious. I read almost exclusively non-fiction. And I don’t think I’ve ever been able to touch my toes.

Favorite Food

I’m not sure it’s officially my favorite, but for nearly 30 years of marriage, a go-to combo has always been crackers, good cheese, and red wine.

And now, I’m proud to call Contract Interiors my home.

Flooring runs in my family—my dad was an installer, and I started working alongside him when I was 14. During college, I spent my summers and weekends installing floors, gaining hands-on experience, and learning the ropes of the trade. In 2017, I heard Contract Interiors was looking for an estimator, so I joined the team part-time during my fall semester. After that semester, I think it’s safe to say I jumped into a full-time career in the flooring industry—and haven’t looked back ever since.

Fun Fact
