1. Program Description

Contract Interiors offers optional recurring one-to-one customer-care SMS messages related to:

Quotes
Appointments
Measurements
Orders
Projects
Deliveries
Installations
Service
Invoices
Documents
Related customer support

2. Consent and Opt-In

SMS consent is optional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent is not required to receive a quote.
Consent is not required to create an account.
Consent is not required to receive service.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details on your plan.

4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to unsubscribe. Upon doing so, Contract Interiors may send one final opt-out confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.

6. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Your mobile number and SMS consent information are strictly protected and used only for the customer-care messaging you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
